Dr. Manjunath grew up in the northeast suburbs of Atlanta but left for college and is thrilled to finally be back home and near family. Prior to joining CMG, she was a pediatric hospitalist in Chicago practicing in a variety of clinical settings. At one hospital, she staffed an emergency room and cared for children admitted with chronic medical problems. At another site, she cared for children admitted to a community hospital for common childhood illnesses. While she loved her previous job, Dr. Manjunath always wanted to join a practice like CMG where she could care for kids when healthy or sick, and partner with families to optimize their child’s growth and development for years to come!
Dr. Manjunath met her husband, Adarsh, in Chicago while in college and they’ve been married since 2016. He’s originally from St. Louis but they’re both excited to be putting down roots in Atlanta. In her free time, she enjoys running, hiking, and spending time with her family. She never played an organized sport growing up, so took up tennis and swimming lessons just prior to starting with CMG and is loving every minute of it!
We've met Dr. Manjunath last year and immediately we've been impressed by her professionalism and genuine care for her young patients. She is very detailed with her exams, listening to concerns and explaining thoroughly the situation and the treatment process. She's also very skilled and gentle in discussing sensitive matters with teens. Dr. Manjunath always finds time to follow up with a call making sure her young patients are getting better.
Excellent doctor!! We've met with Dr. Manjunath twice now and each time has been pleasant! She is informative, transparent, consistent, genuine and sweet natured. Very easy to talk to! As first time parents, we couldn't ask for a better doctor for our child!
She was very nice. Took the time to listen to me and my daughter. She was patient with my daughter (she is young and was ticklish). Finally, she asked "is there anything else" at the end of the visit, so I didn't feel rushed or like she would only offer advice/evaluation on the main complaint.
Very caring and informative. She (Dr. Manjunath) is the pediatrician we were looking for.. very pleased with her service!
She (Dr. Manjunath) was very nice and friendly. She seemed very concerned about my girl's health.
